Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. These product-specific terms supplement that agreement for your use of FateKit. If there is a conflict, applicable law and the Apple Standard EULA control to the extent required.
Service and versions
FateKit may provide software, calculations, cultural and informational references, content, archives, creative tools, personalized experiences, accounts, sync, sharing, AI-assisted features, purchases, online services, and other functions made available through the app or related services.
Features and availability may vary by version, device, region, language, eligibility, account status, or plan. The features actually shown in your installed version or related service define what is currently available. A description of an unavailable or unreleased feature is not a promise that it will be released. Current data practices are described in the app and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law. Minors should use FateKit with a parent or guardian's consent and guidance. FateKit is not directed to children below the minimum age under applicable law.
Some features may require an account. You must provide lawful, accurate information and protect account security. You may not impersonate another person, transfer an account, or bypass security measures. If FateKit supports account creation, it will also provide account management and deletion methods.
Your content and archives
You retain your rights in input, archives, questions, and shared content and are responsible for their legality. FateKit receives no upload license for local features. Only when you choose an online feature such as sync, sharing, or AI do you grant the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to provide that selected feature.
Before exporting or sharing, review content for exact dates, times, places, coordinates, or other sensitive information. Keep your own copy of any export you want to retain. Copies sent to another app, person, or service are controlled through that destination.
Purchases and subscriptions
Digital content, subscriptions, and other in-app purchases are processed by the App Store. Prices, terms, trials, auto-renewal, cancellation, and included benefits will be shown in the purchase interface and Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's rules unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Purchase terms apply only when a paid feature is offered. Referring to purchases in this agreement does not mean that any particular product, subscription, or price is available in your version or region.
AI and generated content
If FateKit offers AI or automated features, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You must review them before use or sharing. Input is sent to a relevant service only as described in the Privacy Policy and after clear notice and any required choice or consent.
Depending on the version and feature, FateKit may process material on your device, prepare material for you to use with another service, or connect to an identified AI provider. The relevant interface and Privacy Policy will describe what is sent and which provider receives it before transmission where required.
Acceptable use
You may not use FateKit for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, malicious-code, harmful, or service-disrupting activity, or bypass security, permission, or payment measures. Except where allowed by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer the app or use unauthorized automated access.
Apple, AI providers, cloud services, social platforms, and other third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies. FateKit cannot control how a third party you choose handles content. City data is provided by GeoNames under CC BY 4.0.
Information and cultural reference
Astronomical calculations, traditional calendars, and cultural material belong to different knowledge systems. Content is for general information, learning, research, cultural, or entertainment reference only. It is not medical, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice and should not be the sole basis for a high-risk decision.
Except for your input and identified third-party material, FateKit software, interface, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable law. You may use and export app-generated material for lawful purposes, but may not copy, sell, redistribute, or impersonate FateKit software or branding without permission.
Service changes, disclaimers, and applicable law
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide appropriate notice where required by law or where a change is material. You may stop using FateKit at any time. We may restrict related services for a serious breach, security risk, or legal requirement. Unreleased features are not commitments.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
We may update these terms and the effective date for product, legal, or operational changes and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live remain effective. Disputes may first be raised through support and then handled by a competent authority under applicable law.
